Project Extension

**Project extensions are due by Wednesday, September 14, 2022.**

EXTENSION FOR PROJECT WORK

Complete the online form below to request an extension for your ARPA Tech or Digital Inclusion project under the ARPA Relief Grants. Extensions will be granted on a case by case basis. Be thorough in your justification for the extension. The requested date in the extension request must be on or before December 31, 2022.

Please note that extensions can only be submitted if reimbursement in full has not been requested.
