Budget Revisions

BUDGET REVISIONS TO APPROVED BUDGETS

Complete the online form below to submit a budget revision for your approved award and budget under the ARPA Relief Grants.

Budget revisions will be reviewed on a case-by case basis and must comply with the following:

  • Budgets must not go over your award amount listed on your award letter.

  • Quantities of existing approved items may be increased or decreased.

  • New items on the budget must relate to existing approved items and justification on your application.

  • New items require COVID-19 justification on the budget form.

  • New items must be checked in Sam.gov for prohibited vendors and manufacturers.

  • Budget forms must be signed by the library director before submitting.

  • Revisions will no longer be accepted in the last 30 days of the grant period.
